AT 908 PM EST...RADAR INDICATED THAT THE THUNDERSTORMS WHICH PROMPTED
THE WARNING HAD MOVED OUT OF THE WARNED AREA...THUS THE SPECIAL
MARINE WARNING HAS BEEN ALLOWED TO EXPIRE.

ALTHOUGH THUNDERSTORMS HAVE WEAKENED...WIND GUSTS TO 30 KNOTS...
LOCALLY STEEP WAVES...CLOUD TO WATER LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY RAIN
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH 1000 PM. IF YOU ARE IN A SAFE PORT...REMAIN
THERE UNTIL THE THREAT FOR THUNDERSTORMS HAS PASSED.
