THIS FOG WILL RAPIDLY DISSIPATE FROM NORTH TO SOUTH AS A COLD FRONT PASSES WITH RAPIDLY SHIFTING AND INCREASING WINDS LATER THIS EVENING. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... MARINERS SHOULD EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER POCKETS OF VISIBILITY BELOW ONE HALF NAUTICAL MILE AND ARE URGED TO NAVIGATE WITH EXTREME CARE. IF YOU MUST NAVIGATE IN THESE CONDITIONS...PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
