CHARLESTON HARBOR...

AT 252 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 35 KT...LOCATED 8 NM WEST OF
CAPERS ISLAND BUOY...MOVING EAST AT 25 KT.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN NORTH OF CHARLESTON HARBOR...BUT
OUTFLOW WINDS WILL BE IN EXCESS OF 35 KT OVER THE HARBOR.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY...UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
