REMEMBER THAT WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP RAPIDLY AND PRODUCE WINDS AND SEAS THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR VESSELS AND EVERYONE ONBOARD. REPORT WATERSPOUTS TO THE COAST GUARD AND ASK THEM TO RELAY THE REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON. && $$
