LOCATED NEAR DOUG MELLICHAMP REEF...OR 20 NM SOUTHEAST OF CHARLESTON
SIXTY...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED THROUGH 745 AM EDT INCLUDE:
BUOY 41004...Y-73 REEF...DOUG MELLICHAMP REEF AND COMANCHE REEF.
