AT 1223 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 16 NM SOUTH OF GREENVILLE REEF...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20
KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
