...SHALLOW FOG IMPACTING PORTIONS OF THE CHARLESTON HARBOR...

Shallow fog will impact parts of the Charleston Harbor through
daybreak. The fog could become locally dense at times with
visibilities 1 NM or less. Although widespread fog is not expected
at this time, mariners should remain alert for areas of reduced
visibilities.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners are urged to navigate with extreme care. If you must
navigate in these conditions, proceed with caution. Use proper
fog signals, including fog horns if needed. Make sure all
navigational running lights are on.
