...WATERSPOUTS POSSIBLE OFF THE LOWER SOUTH CAROLINA COAST THIS
MORNING...

CONDITIONS WILL BE FAVORABLE FOR WATERSPOUTS ALONG THE LOWER SOUTH
CAROLINA COAST THIS MORNING. THE RISK FOR WATERSPOUTS WILL BE
HIGHEST BETWEEN WILD DUNES AND FRIPP ISLAND OUT TO 10 NM ALONG A
LINE OF TOWERING CLOUDS AND ISOLATED SHOWERS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IF WATERSPOUTS OCCUR...MOVE YOUR BOAT AWAY FROM THE WATERSPOUT.
REMEMBER THAT WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP RAPIDLY AND PRODUCE WINDS
AND SEAS THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR VESSELS AND EVERYONE ONBOARD.

REPORT WATERSPOUTS TO THE COAST GUARD AND ASK THEM TO IMMEDIATELY
RELAY THE REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON.
