SATELLITE...DOPPLER RADAR...AND WEBCAM IMAGERY DEPICTS CUMULUS LINES OFF THE CHARLESTON COUNTY COAST. LIGHT WINDS AND MOIST CONDITIONS ARE CONTRIBUTING TO A MODERATE TO HIGH RISK FOR WATERSPOUTS IN THE NEAR SHORE WATERS. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... IF WATERSPOUTS OCCUR...MOVE YOUR BOAT AWAY FROM THE WATERSPOUT. REMEMBER THAT WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP RAPIDLY AND PRODUCE WINDS AND SEAS THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR VESSELS AND EVERYONE ONBOARD. REPORT WATERSPOUTS TO THE COAST GUARD AND ASK THEM TO RELAY THE REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON. && $$
