AT 911 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED NEAR SAYLER BARGE...OR 15 NM SOUTHWEST OF R7 TOWER...MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 15 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT THE WATERS NEAR SAYLER BARGE AND
THE R7 TOWER THROUGH 1015 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
