THESE SHOWERS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WATERSPOUTS THROUGH THE MORNING BEFORE THE SEA BREEZE DEVELOPS. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... IF YOU ENCOUNTER A WATERSPOUT MOVE YOUR BOAT AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. REMEMBER THAT WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP RAPIDLY AND PRODUCE WINDS AND SEAS THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR VESSELS AND EVERYONE ONBOARD. REPORT WATERSPOUTS TO THE COAST GUARD AND ASK THEM TO RELAY THE REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON. && $$
