THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR SOUTH
SANTEE RIVER ENTRANCE TO 9 NM NORTHWEST OF CHARLESTON COASTAL
ANGLERS...MOVING EAST AT 10 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND...
SOUTH SANTEE RIVER ENTRANCE...BULL BREAKERS...CAPERS ISLAND BUOY AND
RATTLESNAKE SHOAL.

WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH 145 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
