...ISOLATED WATERSPOUTS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING...

AT 915 AM EDT...SATELLITE IMAGERY SHOWED BANDS OF TOWERING
CUMULUS CLOUDS OVER COASTAL WATERS SOUTH OF EDISTO BEACH. DOPPLER
RADAR INDICATED THAT SHOWERS WERE ALSO DEVELOPING... ESPECIALLY
EAST OF ALTAMAHA SOUND.

ANY TOWERING CUMULUS AND SHOWERS COULD PRODUCE ISOLATED...BRIEF
WATERSPOUTS THIS MORNING. AS THE SEA BREEZE DEVELOPS AROUND
MIDDAY...THE POTENTIAL FOR WATERSPOUTS SHOULD DIMINISH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MOVE YOUR BOAT AWAY FROM ANY WATERSPOUTS. REMEMBER THAT
WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP RAPIDLY AND PRODUCE WINDS AND SEAS THAT
ARE DANGEROUS FOR SMALL CRAFT AND EVERYONE ONBOARD.

REPORT WATERSPOUTS TO THE COAST GUARD AND ASK THEM TO RELAY THE
REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON.
