CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 8 NM SOUTHEAST OF BETSY ROSS REEF...OR 9 NM NORTH OF R7
TOWER...MOVING EAST AT 15 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND...
R7 TOWER.
WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH 1030 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.
