...ISOLATED WATERSPOUTS POSSIBLE THIS MORNING...

SATELLITE IMAGERY SHOWS A BAND OF TOWERING CUMULUS CLOUDS OVER
PORTIONS OF THE NEARSHORE COASTAL WATERS. DOPPLER RADAR ALSO
INDICATES SHOWERS IN SOME OF THESE LOCATIONS.

ISOLATED...BRIEF WATERSPOUTS COULD FORM WITH THESE TOWERING
CUMULUS AND SHOWERS THROUGH LATE MORNING. AS THE LAND BREEZE
WEAKENS AND A SEA BREEZE FORMS AROUND MIDDAY THE POTENTIAL FOR
WATERSPOUTS WILL DIMINISH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IF WATERSPOUTS OCCUR...MOVE YOUR BOAT AWAY FROM THE WATERSPOUT.
REMEMBER THAT WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP RAPIDLY AND PRODUCE WINDS
AND SEAS THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR VESSELS AND EVERYONE ONBOARD.

REPORT WATERSPOUTS TO THE COAST GUARD AND ASK THEM TO RELAY THE
REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON.
