CONDITIONS WILL BE FAVORABLE FOR ISOLATED WATERSPOUTS TO DEVELOP OFF THE COAST OF SOUTHEAST SOUTH CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA THROUGH LATE MORNING. THE RISK WILL BE THE GREATEST NEAR LINES OF DEVELOPING CLOUDS OR SHOWERS. THE RISK FOR WATERSPOUTS WILL DIMINISH BY LATE MORNING AS THE SEA BREEZE DEVELOPS. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... IF WATERSPOUTS OCCUR...MOVE YOUR BOAT AWAY FROM THE WATERSPOUT. REMEMBER THAT WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP RAPIDLY AND PRODUCE WINDS AND SEAS THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR VESSELS AND EVERYONE ONBOARD. REPORT WATERSPOUTS TO THE COAST GUARD AND ASK THEM TO RELAY THE REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON. && $$
