CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE
LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM NEAR RATTLESNAKE SHOAL TO NEAR
STONO INSHORE REEF...MOVING WEST AT 10 KNOTS.

THESE STORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE CHARLESTON HARBOR THROUGH 415 PM.
