AREAS OF FOG WILL IMPACT THE CHARLESTON HARBOR THIS MORNING. THE
FOG COULD BECOME LOCALLY DENSE AT TIMES WITH VSBYS LESS THAN 1 NM
AT TIMES. CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE QUICKLY AFTER
SUNRISE. MARINERS ARE URGED TO REMAIN IN PORT UNTIL CONDITIONS
IMPROVE.
