THE COMBINATION OF PLENTY OF MOISTURE AND LIGHT WINDS COULD RESULT
IN BRIEF WATERSPOUTS WITH ANY SHOWER OR THUNDERSTORM ACROSS THE
GEORGIA AND SOUTH CAROLINA WATERS THIS MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IF WATERSPOUTS OCCUR...MOVE YOUR BOAT AWAY FROM THE WATERSPOUT.
REMEMBER THAT WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP RAPIDLY AND PRODUCE WINDS
AND SEAS THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR VESSELS AND EVERYONE ONBOARD.

REPORT WATERSPOUTS TO THE COAST GUARD AND ASK THEM TO RELAY THE
REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON.
