AT 1049 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 22 NM SOUTH OF
EDISTO OFFSHORE REEF TO 6 NM WEST OF R7 TOWER...MOVING SOUTHEAST AT
15 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND...
R7 TOWER.
WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH 1115 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
