AT 1251 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED NEAR STONO INSHORE REEF...OR APPROACHING CHARLESTON
HARBOR...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND... AIR FORCE REEF...CHARLESTON
HARBOR...CHARLESTON COASTAL ANGLERS AND RATTLESNAKE SHOAL.

WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH 130 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THIS STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL LIKELY PRODUCE WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...
AND COULD POSE A SERIOUS HAZARD FOR BOATERS. A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING
MAY BE REQUIRED. SPECIAL MARINE WARNINGS ARE ISSUED FOR THUNDERSTORM
WIND GUSTS OF 34 KNOTS OR GREATER AND WATERSPOUTS. CONTINUE TO
