...LOW CLOUDS AND PATCHY FOG WILL IMPACT CHARLESTON HARBOR AND THE
SOUTHERN SOUTH CAROLINA AND SOUTHEAST GEORGIA COASTAL WATERS
OVERNIGHT AND THURSDAY MORNING...

A STRONG HIGH PRESSURE WEDGE WILL REMAIN IN PLACE INTO
THURSDAY...TRAPPING ABUNDANT MOISTURE ACROSS THE AREA. THIS WILL
RESULT IN LOW STRATUS CLOUD DECKS AND EVEN SOME LIGHT FOG THROUGH
THE NIGHT AND THURSDAY MORNING ACROSS THE MARINE AREA. VISIBILITIES
WILL OCCASIONALLY LOWER TO NEAR 2 OR 3 NM AS A RESULT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS ARE URGED TO NAVIGATE WITH EXTREME CARE. IF YOU MUST
NAVIGATE IN THESE CONDITIONS...PROCEED WITH CAUTION. USE PROPER
FOG SIGNALS...INCLUDING FOG HORNS. MAKE SURE ALL NAVIGATIONAL
RUNNING LIGHTS ARE ON.

PLEASE RELAY ANY REPORTS OF SEA FOG TO THE CHARLESTON OR TYBEE
ISLAND COAST GUARD STATIONS AND ASK THEM TO IMMEDIATELY FORWARD
YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON.
