...LOCALLY DENSE FOG WILL IMPACT COASTAL AREAS INCLUDING HARBORS
AND SOUNDS...

Low clouds were responsible for reductions in visibilities early
this morning along the coast. Conditions were favorable for
locally dense fog along rivers, harbors and sounds as well as
adjacent coastal waters. Visibilities may be reduced to less than
1 NM at times locally. Conditions should begin to improve by mid
to late morning.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners are urged to navigate with extreme care. If you must
navigate in these conditions, proceed with caution. Use proper
fog signals, including fog horns. Make sure all navigational
running lights are on.
