LOCATED NEAR JOE SHUFORD REEF...OR NEAR CHARLESTON SIXTY...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 20 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED THROUGH 145 AM EDT INCLUDE:
