LATEST SATELLITE IMAGES INDICATE A LINE OF CUMULUS CLOUDS SHIFTING EAST TO NORTHEAST FROM JUST OFF CAPE ROMAIN TO ABOUT 10 MILES OFFSHORE OF BULLS BAY...10 MILES OFFSHORE OF KIAWAH ISLAND...TO 30 MILES OFFSHORE OF HUNTING ISLAND. CONDITIONS ARE MODERATELY FAVORABLE FOR THIS LINE TO PRODUCE WATERSPOUTS THROUGH THE MORNING HOURS. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... IF WATERSPOUTS OCCUR...MOVE YOUR BOAT AWAY FROM THE WATERSPOUT. REMEMBER THAT WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP RAPIDLY AND PRODUCE WINDS AND SEAS THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR VESSELS AND EVERYONE ONBOARD. REPORT WATERSPOUTS TO THE COAST GUARD AND ASK THEM TO RELAY THE REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON. && $$
