IF DENSE FOG DEVELOPS AND BECOMES PERSISTENT...A DENSE FOG ADVISORY COULD BE ISSUED. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... MARINERS ARE URGED TO NAVIGATE WITH EXTREME CARE.
