AT 1212 AM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
LARGE CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING GUSTY WINDS UP
TO 30 KT AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING...OVER THE ATLANTIC COASTAL WATERS
OF CHARLESTON COUNTY EXTENDING OUT 20 NM. THESE THUNDERSTORMS ARE
GENERALLY MOVING EAST AT 15 KT.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND BULL BREAKERS...CAPERS
REEF...CHARLESTON NEAR SHORE REEF...RATTLESNAKE SHOAL...FREDRICK DAY
WRECK...KIAWAH REEF AND BUOY CHARLIE WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH 115 AM
EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

PREPARE FOR SUDDEN WIND SHIFTS AND WIND GUSTS AS HIGH AS 30 KNOTS...
STEEPENING WAVES...DANGEROUS LIGHTNING AND POOR VISIBILITY IN HEAVY
RAIN. BE SURE ALL PASSENGERS ARE WEARING APPROVED PERSONAL FLOATATION
DEVICES. TURN ON BILGE PUMPS. IF POSSIBLE...STAY BELOW DECK.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS. IF CAUGHT
ON THE OPEN WATER...STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE AND KEEP AWAY FROM
METAL OBJECTS. BE SURE ALL PASSENGERS ARE WEARING APPROVED PERSONAL
FLOATATION DEVICES.
