AT 454 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS....FREQUENT CLOUD TO WATER
LIGHTNING AND POOR VISIBILITY IN VERY HEAVY RAIN. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 6 NM
SOUTHEAST OF R7 TOWER TO NEAR R2 TOWER...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 10
KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND...
R2 TOWER...HONEY BARGE...R7 TOWER...LATEX BARGE...SAYLER BARGE...
DREDGE HENRY...TUG DELTA DIAMOND...TUG SENASQUA AND BUOY L.

WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH 600 AM EDT.

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS WITH POOR
