CONDITIONS HAVE BECOME FAVORABLE FOR WATERSPOUT DEVELOPMENT.
WINDS ARE LIGHT AND VARIABLE UNDER A COASTAL FRONT WITH SHOWERS
NEARING THE COAST. WATERSPOUTS COULD OCCUR IN ATLANTIC WATERS...
HARBORS...AND SOUNDS THROUGH MIDDAY.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IF WATERSPOUTS OCCUR...MOVE YOUR BOAT AWAY FROM THE WATERSPOUT.
REMEMBER THAT WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP RAPIDLY AND PRODUCE WINDS
AND SEAS THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR VESSELS AND EVERYONE ONBOARD.

REPORT WATERSPOUTS TO THE COAST GUARD AND ASK THEM TO RELAY THE
REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON.
