AT 740 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM 18 NM NORTH OF CAPERS ISLAND BUOY TO 19
NM NORTH OF FRIPP INLET BUOY...MOVING EAST AT 15 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS TO BE IMPACTED THROUGH 845 PM EDT INCLUDE:
CAPERS ISLAND BUOY...CAPERS REEF...N. EDISTO NEARSHORE REEF...BULL
BREAKERS...CHARLESTON NEARSHORE REEF...CHARLESTON COASTAL ANGLERS...
