AT 1251 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 19 NM SOUTHEAST OF R2 TOWER...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 20 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS THROUGH
130 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
SAFE HARBOR IMMEDIATELY UNTIL THIS STORM PASSES.

INTENSE LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. IF CAUGHT ON THE OPEN
