LOCATED 10 NM EAST OF EDISTO OFFSHORE REEF...MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND...
COMANCHE REEF...BUOY 41004 AND DOUG MELLICHAMP REEF.

WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH 745 AM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
