...PATCHY SEA FOG WILL DEVELOP LATER THIS MORNING AND CONTINUE
INTO TONIGHT ACROSS THE NEARBY ATLANTIC WATERS AND PERHAPS IN
CHARLESTON HARBOR...

ALTHOUGH WIND SPEEDS MIGHT BE TOO STRONG FOR ANY SIGNIFICANT SEA
FOG TO DEVELOP...GIVEN A FAVORABLE FLOW OF WARM AND HUMID AIR
ACROSS THE COOLER NEARBY WATERS OF THE ATLANTIC...AT LEAST PATCHY
SEA FOG WILL OCCUR LATER THIS MORNING INTO TONIGHT. VISIBILITY IN
THE FOG WILL BE DOWN BETWEEN 1 AND 3 NM AT TIMES.

IF WIND SPEEDS ARE LESS THAN NOW IN THE FORECAST THEN THE RISK
FOR A GREATER COVERAGE OF FOG AND POSSIBLE DENSE FOG WOULD OCCUR.
A MARINE DENSE FOG ADVISORY MAY STILL BE REQUIRED.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS ARE URGED TO NAVIGATE WITH EXTREME CARE. IF YOU MUST
NAVIGATE IN THESE CONDITIONS...PROCEED WITH CAUTION. USE PROPER
FOG SIGNALS...INCLUDING FOG HORNS. MAKE SURE ALL NAVIGATIONAL
RUNNING LIGHTS ARE ON.

PLEASE RELAY ANY REPORTS OF SEA FOG TO THE CHARLESTON OR TYBEE
ISLAND COAST GUARD STATIONS AND ASK THEM TO IMMEDIATELY FORWARD
YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON.
