AT 150 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A STRONG THUNDERSTORM...
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THIS THUNDERSTORM WAS
LOCATED 10 NM SOUTH OF R2 TOWER...MOVING EAST AT 20 KNOTS.

THE STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.
WILL BE IMPACTED THROUGH 245 AM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. THESE STORMS COULD ALSO PRODUCE
WATERSPOUTS.
