THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KT... OVER
COOSAW RIVER...OR ABOUT 2 NM NORTHWEST OF SAINT HELENA SOUND...MOVING
EAST AT 25 KT.

MARINE LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND SOUTH EDISTO RIVER WILL BE IMPACTED
THROUGH 615 PM EDT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS. IF CAUGHT
