CONDITIONS WILL BE FAVORABLE FOR WATERSPOUTS THIS MORNING...MAINLY
ASSOCIATED WITH LINES OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

IF YOU ARE ON THE WATER AND SPOT A WATERSPOUT...MOVE YOUR BOAT
AWAY FROM IT. REMEMBER THAT WATERSPOUTS CAN DEVELOP RAPIDLY AND
PRODUCE WINDS AND SEAS THAT ARE DANGEROUS FOR VESSELS AND EVERYONE
ON BOARD.

REPORT WATERSPOUTS TO THE COAST GUARD AND ASK THEM TO RELAY THE
REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON.
