THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...1 NM OR LESS IN AREAS OF DENSE FOG. THE LOWEST
  VISIBILITIES WILL BE FOUND IN THE UPPER HARBOR...MAINLY NEAR AND
  NORTH OF THE RAVENEL BRIDGE.

* IMPACTS...NAVIGATION WILL BE HAMPERED BY LOW VISIBILITIES.

IF YOU MUST NAVIGATE...PROCEED WITH CAUTION. USE PROPER FOG
