STORM WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT.

* WINDS...FOR SATURDAY...WINDS NORTH AND NORTHEAST AT 15 TO 20
  KNOTS. FOR SATURDAY NIGHT...WINDS MOSTLY NORTHEAST 25 TO 35
  KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 40 KNOTS NORTHERN WATERS AND MOSTLY
  NORTHWEST 25 TO 35 KNOTS WITH GUSTS TO 40 KNOTS SOUTHERN WATERS.
  FOR SUNDAY...NORTHEAST AND EAST WINDS 25 TO 35 KNOTS WITH GUSTS
  TO 40 KNOTS NORTHERN WATERS AND NORTHWEST WINDS 25 TO 35 KNOTS
  WITH GUSTS TO 40 KNOTS SOUTHERN WATERS.

* TIMING...THE WORST CONDITIONS WITH THE STRONGEST WINDS AND
