THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CHARLESTON HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EST THIS MORNING.

* VISIBILITY...NEAR ZERO AT TIMES IN WIDESPREAD DENSE SEA FOG. THE
  MOS DENSE FOG WILL OCCUR FROM JUST OFF THE BEACHE TO ABOUT 10 NM
  OFFSHORE. THE FOG MAY LINGER INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS.

* SEA FOG IMPACTS...NAVIGATION WILL BE HAMPERED BY LOW
  VISIBILITIES.

* WIND AND SEA IMPACTS...WIND AND OR WAVE CONDITIONS WILL BE
  HAZARDOUS TO SMALL CRAFT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DURING A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY...INEXPERIENCED MARINERS...
ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER VESSELS...SHOULD AVOID
