...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST TUESDAY...

The National Weather Service in Charleston has issued a Dense Fog
Advisory, which is in effect until 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* VISIBILITY...One quarter mile or less at times in Charleston
  Harbor, with the worst conditions between 11 pm tonight and 9 am
  Tuesday.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must navigate, proceed with caution. Use proper fog
signals. Make sure all running lights are on. Remember to use
your radar and compass.
