FOR WINDS TO SURGE TO AS HIGH AS 35 MPH THROUGH 11 PM AS THE
COLDER AIR STARTS TO FILTER IN.

WINDS ON SOME OF THE TALLER BRIDGES CAN BE EVEN STRONGER. THIS
