CAROLINA THIS MORNING...MAINLY NEAR AND EAST OF INTERSTATE 95
TOWARD THE COAST. THE FOG WILL BE LOCALLY DENSE WITH VISIBILITIES
UNDER 1/4 MILE AT TIMES...REDUCING VISIBILITIES ON AREA ROADWAYS.
