...PATCHY DENSE FOG EARLY THIS MORNING...

FOG HAS BEGUN TO DEVELOP ACROSS PARTS OF THE LOWCOUNTRY AS WELL AS
PARTS OF JENKINS...SCREVEN AND EFFINGHAM COUNTIES IN SOUTHEAST
GEORGIA EARLY THIS MORNING. THE FOG IS FAIRLY SHALLOW IN
NATURE...BUT HAS BECOME LOCALLY DENSE IN SPOTS. MOTORISTS SHOULD
BE ALERT FOR RAPIDLY CHANGING VISIBILITIES OVER SHORT DISTANCES.
THE MOST DENSE FOG WILL OCCUR IN LOW LYING AREAS SUCH AS RIVERS...
LARGE DITCHES...MARSHES AND SWAMPS. THE FOG WILL QUICKLY DISSIPATE
AFTER SUNRISE.
