...DENSE SEA FOG MOVING INLAND ALONG THE LOWER SOUTH CAROLINA
COAST...

WEBCAMS AND SURFACE OBSERVATIONS INDICATE VERY DENSE SEA FOG IS
BEGINNING TO MOVE INLAND ACROSS THE COASTAL COUNTIES OF SOUTHEAST
SOUTH CAROLINA FROM OFF THE ATLANTIC EARLY THIS MORNING.
VISIBILITIES WERE REPORTED NEAR ZERO AT TIMES EAST OF THE
INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY AND PORTIONS OF THE CHARLESTON HARBOR. THE
FOG WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE INLAND THROUGH SUNRISE AND DENSE FOG
COULD IMPACT THE MORNING COMMUTE FROM CHARLESTON SOUTH TO HILTON
HEAD AND BEAUFORT. A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MAY BE NEEDED FOR SOME
AREAS BY 6 AM.

WEBCAMS AND SURFACE OBSERVATIONS INDICATE DENSE SEA FOG IS WORKING
SLOWLY INLAND ALONG PARTS OF THE SAVANNAH RIVER AND THE
INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY. VISIBILITIES WERE BETWEEN 1/4 MILE AND 1
MILE...BUT MAY DROP TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES. THE FOG COULD IMPACT
OPERATIONS IN THE SAVANNAH HARBOR. MARINERS ARE URGED TO USE
EXTREME CAUTION.
