PORTIONS OF COLLETON COUNTY UNTIL 1230 AM EDT...

AT 1206 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING A HEAVY SHOWER NEAR
HENDERSONVILLE...OR NEAR YEMASSEE...MOVING NORTH AT 15 MPH. THERE
HAS BEEN PERSISTENT WEAK ROTATION WITH THIS SHOWER AND A SMALL
CHANCE OF A BRIEF TORNADO IS POSSIBLE IF THE ROTATION BECOMES
STRONGER.

TORRENTIAL RAINS MAY PRODUCE TEMPORARY PONDING OF WATER ON AREA
ROADS AND LOW LYING AREAS.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
WALTERBORO AND ISLANDTON.
