CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS AND SMALL HAIL. THIS
CLUSTER OF STORMS WAS LOCATED NORTHEAST OF CLEVELAND...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 35 KNOTS.
