THE AREAS AFFECTED INCLUDE...
NEARSHORE AND OPEN WATERS FROM THE ISLANDS OH TO WILLOWICK OH...

AT 1248 AM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED
MAINLY ACROSS THE CENTRAL BASIN OF LAKE ERIE FROM NEAR THE ISLANDS
EAST TO NEAR WILLOWICK. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 15 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK SAFE HARBOR
