A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM EDT THURSDAY.

* WEST WINDS 15 TO 25 KNOTS WILL CONTINUE ON WEDNESDAY THEN SHIFT
  TO THE NORTHWEST AND DECREASE TO 10 TO 20 KNOTS ON WEDNESDAY
  NIGHT.

* WAVES WILL BUILD TO 3 TO 5 FEET THIS AFTERNOON AND TO 5 TO 7
  FEET ON WEDNESDAY. WINDS AND WAVES WILL DROP BELOW 4 FEET LATE
  WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

INEXPERIENCED MARINERS... ESPECIALLY THOSE OPERATING SMALLER
VESSELS...SHOULD STAY IN PORT OR RETURN TO PORT IMMEDIATELY.
