A HEAVY FREEZING SPRAY WARNING MEANS HEAVY FREEZING SPRAY IS
EXPECTED OR OCCURRING AND ICE MAY RAPIDLY ACCUMULATE ON VESSELS.
HEAVY ICING CAN BE EXTREMELY HAZARDOUS TO NAVIGATION. MARINERS
NOT TRAINED TO OPERATE IN THESE CONDITIONS OR VESSELS NOT
PROPERLY EQUIPPED TO DO SO SHOULD REMAIN IN PORT.
