TO MODERATE ONSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT...AS
HIGH PRESSURE REMAINS OVER THE NORTHEASTERN GULF OF MEXICO AND LOW
PRESSURE REMAINS IN THE SOUTHERN PLAINS. A STRONG COLD FRONT
WILL MOVE ACROSS THE MIDDLE TEXAS COAST FRIDAY NIGHT WITH STRONG
TO BRIEFLY VERY STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW AND HAZARDOUS SEAS
DEVELOPING IN ITS WAKE. SCATTERED SHOWERS WILL BE POSSIBLE FRIDAY
NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY. ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE
FRIDAY NIGHT AND AGAIN SUNDAY. WINDS AND SEAS WILL DIMINISH
SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND BECOME ONSHORE SATURDAY NIGHT. RAIN CHANCES
