SOUTHEAST AT ABOUT 25 MPH OVER FAR SOUTHEAST WYOMING THROUGH MID-
AFTERNOON. THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY WILL MOVE ACROSS PARTS OF
CENTRAL AND EASTERN LARAMIE COUNTY MAINLY BETWEEN CHEYENNE AND
PINE BLUFFS THROUGH 3 PM. THE STRONGER STORMS WILL LIKELY PRODUCE
A PERIOD OF HEAVY RAIN...LIGHTNING AND GUSTY WINDS. SMALL HAIL IS
ALSO A POSSIBILITY.  SEVERE STORMS ARE NOT ANTICIPATED.
